Sneak Attack

Goodness! What is up with these guys? My HT called and invited to come watch a movie at his house after institute last night. I agreed, assuming there'd be a group of people. When I got there it was most definitely a double date. Oh no! How did I get suckered into a sneak attack date? Maybe I'm just too naive. I thought we were just friends. I hadn't noticed him putting out any other vibes so he caught me completely off guard.
Lynne went to eat with about half the class while I was stuck on an accidental date. She laughed when I told her the story.
I guess next time I'm not sure I'll just ask to bring a friend along.
