Vacation

Sorry it's been forever guys. I've been SO busy with work, school, men.... you know how it is. Anyway, Lynne has been on vacation so I thought I'd take this opportunity to write you for a bit.

So....Hottie McForeign Hotterson is coming back to The States to visit me this month. I know...I LOVE that he's willing to fly halfway across the world to see me.

There's a cute new RM in my ward. Yes, he's 8 yrs younger than me....but he doesn't know it. During this holiday season it's important to remember what we're grateful for, and I'm SO grateful I look MUCH younger than I am.
We've been text flirting and went to FHE together and he asked me out. I'll let you know how that goes!

My brother is crushing on Lynne. LOL It's NOT going to happen for him....but it's cute that he tries. It's hard to tell family why he can't date your girlfriends without offending them.

HMFH left Vegas for Texas last week, but the whole time he was gone he called/texted/facebooked and even sent me a necklace! So thoughtful. And he is really, truly a babe. Honestly. He decided to come back to Vegas one day before going back overseas (Germany I think...I can't tell. His accent is so cute/distracting I have no idea where it comes from...but does it really matter?). We were out on the town and he TOTALLY planted one on me. I know...millions of people all around us and he kissed me. **sigh** Anyway, I've decided I'm not interested anymore so he's stuck with the icky foreign girls who don't shave under their arms and smell funny. Sad.
Unless of course he decides to move here.....hmmmm.....Greencard?

All About Jane AKA Mrs. Foreigner

Not only did Jane meet a Hottie Mc-Foreign-Hotterson last week, but she went on a date with him 3 nights in a row! Holy cow! She's got HMFH (see above) wrapped around her pretty little manicured finger!
And now that HMFH is out of the country he STILL texts her and messages her on facebook just to let her know he's thinking about her and still cares.

If I wasn't so busy myself I just might be jealous...but I don't have time for that, so I'm just happy for her.

Speechless

I was gonna let Jane write this post about her date with the hot foreigner last night, but I feel like my date is the reason we started this blog....and I know the password, so I win.

Just so you all know, Jane's date last night went well. She's going out with Mr. Hot Foreigner again tonight.

As for ME (and it's usually all about me anyway...) my date was unreal! He picked me up (late btw) and took me back to his place to watch a movie. I thought we were going to a theater, but I'm flexible so I sit back thinking I'm gonna have a say in movie selection. WRONG. He had a movie a classmate recommended to him and that's what we were gonna watch. So he popped in the DOCUMENTARY film. Mass Genocide And The Right To Bear Arms. NOT KIDDING. I really wish I was, but I can't make this crap up. It was a historical (and very graphic) look at past and present "racial cleansing" throughout the world. Holy Crap!!! You guys...I had to sit there, on this date, and try to hide my disgust. So I tried my best NOT to look at the TV and made conversation about anything else.
This guy's roommate came home towards the end of the movie and (bless his sweet heart) proclaimed, "Dude! What are you making her watch!??! You're crazy. Put in A Walk To Remember or something like that! What's wrong with you!?!?!?" (God will bless his roommate for this)
His roommate hung out on the stairs and I talked to him for 20 min (the best 20 min of the date) and finally when the crap-u-mentary was over my date put in Nacho Libre. He laughed...no...brayed like a donkey every time Jack Black farted and then would REWIND IT and watch the fart again!!!
Are you crying for me yet!?!?!? Oh my goodness!!!

I can't let you all think that Lynne is the only one who dates around here.

I was at a party last week and met a REALLY cute German guy. Being the ONLY single girl there all my friends wanted me to meet him. He was an exchange student here years ago and was just back visiting friends. Well, I was dragged up to him, and holy moly was he CUTE! We said hello, and that was it. So I went on my merry way and met lots of nice people.

After the party was over the host came up to me and informed me that Cute German Guy was interested and wanted to know if I'd go on a date with him before he leaves for Germany. Heck yes! So tonight we are going to double with the host and her boyfriend.

I'm really excited. I've always wanted to go out with a foreigner! We didn't talk a whole lot, so I'm excited to really hear his sexy accent tonight! Wish me luck. Full details tomorrow! AND I promised I'd call Lynne when I get home tonight even though she's going on a date too.
