I had a GREAT date with Rhett this weekend. I mean, he's super creative, and always opens the doors and pays for everything, and he's fun to talk to, and laughs at my jokes, and he's totally cute. So you may be thinking "what's the problem here," and I don't blame you. I'm still trying to figure it out myself. This was date 4 for us...(I think) and while I TOTALLY enjoy his company and have a blast I just don't have any romantic feelings for him. This is HORRIBLE. I feel like I should. He's so great but I'm just not feeling and chemistry. I was supposed to call him Sunday but hung out with another guy instead. And today I had Hot Mike do my hair and was flirting SCANDALOUSLY with him all the while Rhett was texting me to see how I was doing. I feel bad. I WISH I liked him more. He's so great, which is why I keep going out with him. It's not fair that I finally find a great guy who treats me well and I'm not interested. I'm gonna have to tell him sooner or later (preferably sooner) but I don't know how to do it. I'm a coward and don't want to hurt him. Help me! How do I let him down easy but not damage our friendship. I don't wanna stop hanging out...but I need him to know it's not a going anywhere so I don't lead him on. Any suggestions on how I can do this???
PS - I want to send a BIG thanks to Hot Mike. I LOVE my new hair! He's a stylin' GENIUS.

First ask Rhett why he takes you out. Ask him if the chemistry is there for him. Then just tell him you want it to be there for you, but it's not quite yet. Ask for a dating break to think about things and you will get back to him if you want to take things further or not. I mean honestly you dont want to waste his time or yours. Right?
